  I was so excited for this…I was ready to love the film, but it was such a disappointing hopscotch of a plot. 

  If you’re going to make a movie rooted in the Indian culture, you could at least have the characters pronouns the words right.

  Beyond that, that character arc, romance, conflicts everything was so bland and undeveloped.

  A good premise and cast wasted in the execution

  The hate for Khushi as an actor is so forced, I’ve seen similar performances from many of the leading Bollywood actors in their debut phases. Like any craft, acting is one that will improve with time.

  
  Her voice narration is sweet and innocent, roping you into the story and perfectly matching the tone of the film.

  Ibrahim while not a standout performance, certainly seems like he had potential.

  Not every movie needs to be a think piece and a master…

  I wish the plot treated Anora as a human as much as Igor did.

  While the story had its fair mix of humor among the predictable poignancy, to me the story never rose above the cliches it was built upon.

  I kept asking myself only one question while watching this - well, where else was the story gonna go? Haven’t we seen this film before?

  While Mikey Madison did a fine job, I fear her character wasn’t given enough development…

  As much as I love watching everything with Alia Bharat, this was quite nonsensical and the only way the story moved forward was cause of plot armor.
