  i got to watch this as a "reward" for the year group's hard work at school this term and since i haven't seen this film since i was 8 i forgot how bad it actually was. it works when your 8 because you don't care what is actually happening and ooo its relatable, however on a re-watch i felt as if i was experiencing a torture method. not to mention, my friend next to me was gushing over how mr maddens was hot and i wouldn't understand it because im male and can't see the female gaze.
