Finished the film in shambles. 

Sally Hawkins is that actress that doesn’t get enough recognition from the public compared to her acting peers yet she is quick to remind us that she in fact is one of the best to step in front of a camera. Her physicality and ability to morph her body into that of frail woman is similar to Marion Cotillard in “La Vie En Rose.”  

A fantastic performance. 

Ethan Hawke is one of those actors too. He will play a role that makes us remember that he too is that good.

All I saw was Tom Hanks the entire film. I would not have known he was playing Mr. Rogers if it were not told to me. 

There were moments of sweet sadness, other than that it was subpar.

Something special about those 80s films.

RP maintained the connection needed between ‘multiples’ to remind the audience that one is the extension of the other while making sure that their personalities were completely different. Without him, or another actor who had equal if not more of the ability, this film would have gotten ⭐️⭐️⭐️ instead of ⭐⭐⭐⭐
