Having read the book I disliked all the changes made in the transition to the screen. The relationship between Montag and his wife, the Clarisse character, the omission of Faber, etc. It wasn't that I wanted a integral adaptation but the changes took much of what I loved in the book. Also, I found the choice of Oskar Werner to play Montag very poor as the accent was a problem.
In other side, the film cinematography was very good along with the music and had a few good scenes. Truffaut deserves credit for those.
