I enjoyed it! I haven’t seen many innovative horror films lately, and this specific concept is one that really really impressed me. The juxtaposition between Night Owls and reality in the usage of color + grain was very swag.
The end confused me a bit and I wish there was more information about the boy’s “cult” that Delroy was a part of. I left with lots of questions (in a positive way) and I’d definitely watch again.
(1/2 star removed for usage of AI! Found out two hours before the film and was very disappointed to hear.)
