  It pains me to say it, but this was a complete mess. The acting for the most part was terrible, the writing was even worse, and the story couldn’t make any less sense. Pattinson and Ackie were the only redeeming aspects of the film.

  Started out weak, but got better as it went along. The production design was stunning and the performances were great. Some of the dialogue felt forced and I wish we got more of a sense of who Eugene was, but I still loved the direction the film went in. The last 45 minutes really impressed me. Luca does it again.
