  every day i thank the universe that my mum made sure i grew up watching films like this <3 just pure nostalgia. i haven’t watched this film in a long time, and now that i’m older and actually understand the jokes it’s even better

  Doctor Who: Joy to the World 2024

  didn’t like it at first but then it clicked and i was sobbing — yes it’s cliché, yes it’s sappy, yes it’s a little on the nose at times, but it’s also a love letter to everyone grieving this christmas, everyone who is or feels alone, and i needed that. it’s brought me more comfort & solace than i can even really explain. 

  it’s not a perfect episode, but i got what i needed from it. that’s all that matters to me :)
