It was beautifully shot through and through. Even creepy at times. I like the message of the story and I feel like there was a great balance of tragedy and comedy.
Love those last lines in the movie too.
“I’ll get bored of you and feel trapped because that’s what happens with me!”“Okay…”
“Okay?”
“Okay!”
I just feel like there were so many snapshots, quotes, and moments in the movie that stuck with me.
Oh and one of the funniest lines was when Joel acknowledges the strong desire as a child to be picked up. We all want Uppies bro.
