  Solo: A Star Wars Story 2018

  I was pleasantly surprised. It has it's problems and it's fair to say that few people really wanted this movie to be made. However, Alden Ehrenreich did pretty well with one of the most iconic movie characters of all time and there are some good moments.

  I'm still convinced that some Disney executive has a thing for tentacles.

  God bless Hannibal Buress for making this movie watchable. Not great, but I'll give the filmmakers credit for not making Jeremy Renner's CGI arms too noticeable.

  I'm still shook from this. It's not perfect, but goddamn does Aster know how to build tension and dread. The things that aren't shown to the audience are just as terrifying as the frightening imagery that is shown.
