  Saw at the Roxie. Director Q&A was amazing — highlight was that it was shot in black and white not to make SF seem more glamorous than Fremont or to pity the lead, and that co-writer and him saw a tour of a fortune cookie factory and each saw something in it. He saw all the shots. She saw the funny scene setups.
