  I enjoyed this, but personally loved the first more, while my partner liked this one more! Funny. I think there’s something quite special about it, while I felt it brought many questions and I didn’t like having a big cliff hanger to wait more years for answers to. I could see where this was a show turned into a movie, but I’m still glad for that change.

  What an *awesome* directorial debut! Ishana knocked it out of the park and I’m an instant fan. Great hearing the Q&A after and just observing her great interest in creating and storytelling. She told me I look like Dakota Fanning (who did amazing in the movie btw, along with the rest of the cast) and how we’re both beautiful and I think we’re best friends now???

  Fantastic character work. Including the icky ones and cringe. I was really in this world every second of the way and felt like I knew these characters. I have known these characters, actually, all throughout life.
  I think I wished that the ending was left as something they can’t quite have, a “right person, wrong time” situation. but, like, I get it.
