How can Prabha’s furrowed brow say so much and nothing at all? A poetic film that speaks about belonging in a city that refuses to be home. It speaks volumes about love, morality, adolescent knowing and matured naivety all through making room for the audience to step in to sit in comfortable silence with the women. Several times I felt a smile unzip across my face; funny, touching, warm and poignant 

I feel as if I am sheltering cosily under this film like Anu and Shiaz hiding from the Mumbai monsoon.

Dev the cheek of you to write, produce, direct and then star in your own film and then have the audacity to make it THRILLING - call out Modi, Indian classism , gender attacks and THEN to write yourself a topless boxing scene.
