The Accountant 2016
I enjoyed the first half, but the last 30 minutes felt rushed and disorganized. It wasn’t a terrible movie, as it did have some good qualities. I enjoyed the action scenes and liked the main character a lot. However, overall, it was far from being the best action movie I’ve seen.

Inside Out 2 2024
Unbelievably good. Made me tear up at some points. The introduction of Anxiety as a character did a lot to further the plot. It led to a much more nuanced dynamic between the different emotions, which was really enjoyable. One of the best kids movies I’ve seen in recent years.

A Quiet Place: Day One 2024
The cat drove a lot of the plot, which was an interesting touch. I loved the setting of this one a lot more than the setting of the other two. And I really enjoy any performance by Lupita Nyong’o, and despite there not being a whole lot of audible dialogue in this one, this movie was no exception.

I’ve never cried this hard watching any other movie. Going into it, I thought it was going to be an ordinary romance movie. It was anything but that… absolutely iconic. I cried for 15 minutes after the movie was over. Such a beautiful movie. Perhaps a top 5 movie I’ve ever watched!
