    Teenage Ninja Turtles played by actual teenagers.

    So far this year this movie is my favorite animated movie to have come out beating Spider Verse 2, Netflix Nimona and Super Mario Bros Movie. From the Camera work to the music supervision and editing, everything this movie does it does it great.

    The cocaine bear prequel 

    The movie overall was good. Great camera work, the way it was shot/directed to be mockumentary-esque but also an almost video essay self narration of Barry’s life was immersive. My only take away, and it’s a very little one, the music supervision was a little bland for my liking.

    Cabin in the woods, more like corporate cult.

    Overall story, pacing, twist and turns Cabin in the Woods is a great movie. Everything from the above mentioned traits make it a great movie it’s lacking a little bit in the jump scare department. I’m a very easy person to jump scare, people do it all the time without them trying to my dismay. 

    The best jump scare was at the start and it only gave me a chuckle.

    A heist gone wrong turns into career into law enforcement. 

    The jokes that deliver get you to laugh out loud but the ones that don’t make you sit in awkward silence. The writing and a good bit of the shots feel very dated and feel oddly placed.
