My grandmother loved this movie and I’m so happy to have finally watched it. The only thing I knew about it was that it was both Clark Gable and Marilyn Monroe’s last films before their untimely deaths. Saddening to watch such talented actors on screen knowing that it’s their last piece of work.

I’m rating this fresh out of the theater. Lots to consider thematically and I’m not totally sure I’ve unpacked it all properly!
I can bet that people will be critiquing the third part of the movie- which is understandable.
