This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
We live in time feels like a poor attempt as the cancer version of a marriage story. The movie skips the dialogue about the essential questions (to cook or to mom?) and thus remains superficial in the issues it tries to raise. The shifting in time does not add any value. The potential was there at the beginning when Almut doubted the difference between quality and quantity of life, which opened a doorway for a Heidegger-esque story about time.
