Nightmare Alley 2021
Absolutely fantastic piece from Guillermo Del Toro with stellar performances from all involved. A well fleshed out narrative aided by stunning cinematography and enough tension to leave you hanging on the characters every word. A dark, mystical and endlessly intriguing take on just how easy the American Dream can come together and fall apart amidst the backdrop of The Great Depression. I’ll think about that ending for a long time.
