I wish that the movie would’ve covered a larger portion of Bob Dylan’s career, but I think that the years that are covered are certainly some of the important in his life, and (most of) the plot divergences from reality were reasonable.
Minus 2 stars because no The Band 😡
Plus 1/2 star because Bob spent 12 weeks learning how to make coffee for his one and only girl! 😃

At first, the New Rochelle finals match (presented by Phil’s Tire Town of course) just seems like a tennis match, but each time the focus cuts to the past, we get a little bit more context for everything that’s really going on in the scene until we have an idea of all the hidden dynamics that are at play—things that are invisible to all of the spectators.
I thought it was interesting how the camera work throughout the movie places…
