The Triplets of Belleville 2003
I used to be obsessed with this film when I was little, and not much has honestly changed. It’s so bizarre and maybe not exactly suitable for a child, but I’m pretty sure that this is where my love for film began, so it will always hold a very special place in my heart. No matter how many times I’ve seen it, I’ll never grow tired of this one. So weird and so perfect!!!

Had high expectations which sadly weren’t met. Based on everything I had read previously, I was expecting to get blown away by something incredible because so many people seem to love it. So maybe that’s also partly on me, because it’s pretty much always disappointing when expectations are set way too high.
The story itself had a lot of potential but there were way too many things that just didn’t make any sense to me.
