The Devil, Probably 1977
A film about ideals, but it also critiques society. The characters are vastly different and all represent different viewpoints, which gives us a better idea as to the ideals of the lead, and helps to bring home the key points. Humanity is terrible, humanity has hope, we will endure, what's the point... I don't care, love helps us to look past what we have done, we are doomed.
