  Loved the world created at the motel with dueling conferences and loved the cinematography shot on a 1969 B&W tube camera. However, though Bujalski sets up an intriguing dichotomy of humanity vs. machine (showcased through the conference attendees), we only play within it at a surface level and it felt lacking in a true payoff or landed take.
