this is the kind of movie I always say I wish they still made more of, so I can’t really complain. I love its style, but that style is very clearly obscuring a lack of substance. was hoping for more…I feel like Blanchett was kind of wasted here.

If you want to be told the same exact thing in only slightly different ways for 90 minutes, by all means, watch this documentary. Every time they made a point (sugar is bad!) they wanted it to seem relevatory, which only further emphasized the lack of nuance.
