Grand Theft Hamlet 2024
While chaotic and silly from start to finish, it had some genuine great moments. The start in particular was interesting to watch the crew gauge if they're seriously going to do what they're aiming for. I didn't really get why the entire thing haf to be set inside GTA and not have the creators talk to camera outside the game. They reference the fact several times that they have to go to their "real lives" and out from the game…

Black Dynamite 2009
We only watch kung fu movies with Heidi. Still a riot to laugh to after all the years!

Amare Deus!!
I saw the directors cut for the first tine ever and in a good theater (compared to watching it on tv at home) and i finally realised what everyone sees in this film. What i had seen as an amusing little biopic is actually an epic of the greatest proportions, where the love of art is the language god speaks in. The theatrical cut shifts the focus so hard on mozart it misses everything else. Salieris corruption slowly seeping into him, the setup and payoff for the finale with Stanzi to name a few.

Apple Thieves 2024
The city is seen without its landmarks, but in shunning the big and picturesque it bares another Helsinki that is almost like an open playing field for adventure. The shots and the sounds are noisy and chaotic, but every scene still has a narrative thread (even in the noise of 8 drunk people shouting in a bar). Probably the most believable dialogue I've ever seen in a finnish film.
