the entire thing made me shake my head in anger and disappointment as to how fucking incompetent maddie was. did the ending make me cry? yes. but that’s mostly cuz of the cat. it did its job in scaring and in the fear factor but otherwise i was kinda bored and angry at the character choices. i always do love a happy ending tho so there’s that
