Unrelated to the story, I was in UPD for GoodGovPH last January where they talked about Bangsamoro. Most delegates from that breakout room were also from Mindanao, and the most recurrent complaint I heard was how there’s little to no news or media coverage about the happenings there. This story (of Abu Sayyaf Kidnapping) happened two and a half decades ago yet this film was only created now. I commend the filmmakers of this film and I have no complaint…

I came across this film on youtube 2 days ago and was only able to watch it now (bc I got busy kk). By this time, it only has 1k views and I really think it deserves much more recognition.
The cinematography is amazing— the screenplay, the photography, the coloring of each scenes, and so on.
