I appreciated the cinematography and performances even more on a rewatch but this still just didn’t work for me. The runtime for this film just drags along. Something about the dialogue and some moments in the plot just really bring me out of the world that I get sucked into when watching this. There are some ideas and scenes I really love and then the movie always just falls short of making me actually think about any of those ideas…
