It frustrates how much this movie wants me to hate and how it gets the exact reaction they want from me. The second the interior of the cabin was shown, I knew exactly how this would end and despised every remaining second. Which is exactly how the family felt and how the audience is meant to feel. Really well done but just an awful thing to watch, which is the point I guess but it still sucks to watch. Just really not for me, don’t know how people watch this brutal stuff. I think I would have liked it if it didn’t involve children.
