Helter Skelter 2012
i really wanted to like Helter Skelter but i was honestly let down. The story is unfocused and feels like an uninteresting string of B plots. the visuals were intense but just as unfocused, motifs are barely picked up before they're dropped, and i was waiting the whole film for something central to hold on to that i was never given.
