This is the shortest 3 hour movie I’ve ever seen. I went in totally blind and was blown away. A masterpiece of acting, directing, cinematography, and screenplay. The music didn’t always do it for me, and De Niro sticks out like a sore thumb being so obviously not a small town Pennsylvanian Russian.
