Pretty solid adaptation of the game. Shares the positives of the source - character design, art and excellent music.

Serviceable animation for the most part, it does seem to fluctuate. The weakest part is the jarring calendar. Appreciate that is from the game but it feels out of place in a movie.

Enjoyable, easy watch - fans of the Persona games will love it.

It’s a challenging one to rate.

Imaginative, weird, surreal. Peter Weller is wonderful. Amazed he wasn’t in more high profile movies based on this. He has an aura about him.

The Cronenbergian horror elements are well done. I related to the suffering of creativity and addiction.

Ultimately it’s a film you need to vibe with. Plot wise it’s difficult to follow and in my opinion doesn’t go anywhere.

Difficult to recommend but if you want a challenging, interesting film, go for it.

A real gem this one. Not seen it in a long time. Two powerhouse performances from Al Pacino as wistful, dreaming ex-gangster and Sean Penn as sleazy, loathsome lawyer.

A great soundtrack with some brilliant direction and camerawork.

Would recommend if you’re looking for a gangster film with some heart to it too.

I feel like I should have liked this more than I did. It has all lot of things I enjoy, Sci-Fi, social commentary, dark humour, multiple Robert Pattinsons.

It has a lot of ideas but doesn’t explore them in any great depth in my opinion.

Pattinson shows his great range yet again, although I found his 17 voice grating but I appreciate that’s part of the character.

Mark Ruffalo does an excellent Jeffrey Tambor impression and I’m incapable of saying a bad word about Toni Collette.

Impressive alien design and credit for the ideas. It may grow on me but I didn’t love it.
