  WHEN I THOUGHT IT PEAKED IT KEPT PEAKING EVEN MORE?? HANDS ON MY HEAD IN DISBELIEF GOOSEBUMPS THE ENTIRE SECOND HALF. AN ABSOLUTE VISUAL FEAST. HOW MANY TONS OF CARBON EMISSION WENT INTO PRODUCING THIS??

  I usually hate misunderstanding plots but it ended up being so much more than good vs evil. There are overarching themes of defying pre-determined fate and fighting back against repression, and even brings up moral questions of whether the ends justify the means.

  also ne zha and ao bing soulmates forever idc. no spoilers but the last line of the movie was so cold.

  - falls into the “every frame could be my phone wallpaper” tier of cinema
  - wished to see more of the first story tho the blonde wig lady was so interesting???
  - I could probably consume 30 cans of pineapples low diff
  - how was cop #633 so situationally unaware to not question any of the pretty obvious changes made to his apartment? LOL
  - hotel california and faye wong ON REPEAT
  - seriously tho I love how this movie romanticizes…
