  I guess the years have dulled the impact of this film. By the end I thought, is that it?

  It was a bit of a slog to get through but it had its moments. I'd be happy to go on a sci-fi movie watching date with Bob Balaban.

  I felt Parasite was the outlier and this is Bong in more familiar territory. Bit of a Host, Snowpiercer, Okja mashup.

  I loved how Mickey seemed to get printed in the slightly jerky inkjet style and we all know the feeling of forgetting to pull out tray to catch what you printed!

  This felt a lot like Full Metal Jacket. Visually beautiful and very emotional but it would be a long time before I could watch it again.
