My Octopus Teacher 2020
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
This was an amazing account of an octopus. The man who befriends this octopus has a beautiful mind and as someone who has watched a lot of documentaries about octopuses, this one paints the picture of an octopus' personality so sweetly -- so much so, that the viewer can start to feel attached to her. It blew my mind when he learned how to detect octopus tracks and he tracked her down when he couldn't find her in her usual spot.
