wish the movie focused on developing the characters a bit more the only characters are Fletcher and Andrew and I still don’t know much about them. In my opinion the overall message was supposed to be like “if you didn’t make it as an artist it’s because you didn’t work hard enough” but the movie kind of skewed that message because of Fletcher. There’s nothing constructive about his teaching style he just physically assaults Andrew and brings up his past…
