  love when directors have an unlikely commercial hit and then get a blank check to make a movie that feels like a MOVIE!!! this rocked so hard. the energy and craft (and $80 million dollars) that went into this are palpable. insane score - ends up feeling like a character, not just a soundtrack. 

  i laughed, i cried, it became a part of me. my only regret is not catching it on the big screen!!

  i LOVED this movie!! sry haters!! famous musician biopics can be hard to do 1) originally and 2) honestly - and better man delivers on both counts imo. full of heart, beautifully filmed, and comes with a no-skip soundtrack.

  bob dylan would literally never allow himself to be so annoying on screen. a complete unknown succeeds on vibes…..but i think this movie made me realize how safe that movie feels. robbie williams was (is?) a dickhead!! he did not hold…
