However I did fit 6 cocktails, a bag of candy, a full sized bag of hot cheetos, a whole lemon sheet cake, a pack of raspberries (to put on top of the lemon sheet cake), and a water bottle in my bag tonight so history was still made.
You can imagine the disappointment I felt when I thought I’d catch a break after The Wild Robot….
THE FUCKING SLOW BLINKS WITH THE WHALE?!?! The way the dog and bird LOVED that cat SO much. CRIED when those stupid ass lemurs broke the homie lemur’s mirror. The capybara constantly just rolling over to sleep were the only brief moments of relief I got.
Feelings aside, this was SO beautifully done. Just visually so enjoyable and I could’ve watched 3 more hours of the animals and landscape in this animation style. Love this so so much.
Okay, it’s time to give the people (my friends) what they want. But first a foremost, I’d like to address my favorite father figure at work. Yes Andrew, I cried. During, and then again when I got home and reflected before writing this.
