what a perfect finale to a perfect series <33 there was something so poetic about watching this in a cinema filled with old british ladies collectively laughing and crying at all the right moments

it’s taken me so long to get round to this that i figured i had a pretty good idea of what it was about. i didn’t. absolutely terrifying in the best ways; natalie portman is amazing as always nobody else could portray the slow descent into madness the way she does. brings up so many questions and thoughts: what that even means, ‘madness’, where it came from, who was nina’s mum really? a little more triggering than i was aware of
