as cute as i remembered it! if i saw it now for the first time i probably wouldn’t appreciate it that much, but it felt really special when it came out and watching it now transports me back to a time that i often forget is incredibly different, personally and politically, i think. i’m really glad i had it at a time when i needed it. jennifer garner’s “you get to exhale” speech still gets me.
also simon obsessively waiting for emails and believing blue must be any person who’s nice to him for a moment is so endearing and relatable.
