  I had a fun time and thought this was funny but man the jokes did not land in my theater. There’s a bit too much going on in this where nothing gets the amount of time it really needs to be fully fleshed out which leaves you with a lot of things that are like 85% baked? The megachurch/cult of personality/MAGA stuff is pretty heavy handed. Christina and I were getting Don’t Look Up vibes but the difference where you leave the theater being like “yes I know this is happening and things are bad… and?” The difference is this was enjoyable.
