I love and hate this movie at the same time. If I watch this movie and pretend it’s completely fictional I love it but when I watch it and actually think about who it’s based on I feel bad for enjoying it. This is a very well made and creative movie musical with amazing numbers but its source material was not adapted well. This movie paints P.T. Barnum in too much of a good light. This musical is a biopic…

This takes superhero movies and Wolverine to new heights by feeling more like a neo western rather than a superhero movie. Logan has a lot of heart and by having a movie with smaller stakes than other superhero movies somehow makes it seem like it has higher stakes due to the emotional stakes. This loosely based off my favorite graphic novel “Old Man Logan” but it’s very different and I would’ve loved a direct adaptation but something even better was able to come out of not doing a direct adaptation.

One of the funniest movies I’ve ever seen. A fantastic homage to slap stick comedy and a wonderful rom/com. That’s all folks!

An underrated masterpiece. I find it very disappointing that movie did not do very well when it came out money wise but I believe it truly adapts Steve Jobs himself very well. The movie is not accurate to history timeline wise or conversation wise but the way the characters act and the conflicts are true even if they did not happen the way they were depicted. The movie breaks the biopic structure and makes itself something more. This gets compared to “The Social Network” a lot because their both written by Aaron Sorkin but I think there both very different but both perfect.
