Glass Onion 2022
I had really high hopes for this movie. I enjoyed the first one a lot and had watched it at least five times. The one thing this movie has going for it is the actors. This is the first ever school movie I was forced to watch that I enjoyed. My LA teacher is such a W for picking it. The cinematography is amazing, the storyline is captivating, the acting is good, and I loved the sountrack (which is rare). I was shocked at how invested I became in the characters and how I was actively engaged with them at all times. Great movie to watch and the counter narrative side of it is extremely interesting. It's not very often when you get to hear about the struggles and successes of Korean-American farmers in 1980's.
