Although Giants's most startling feature is the fact that it is 3 hours and a few minutes long, the story moves so smoothly yet so well. At some points in the beginning, especially after Leslie and Bick get married, that you start wondering 'well, yes, but when is this going to start?', but then, you finish the movie, and say 'wow'. You just forgot to inquire when you will find the plot.
