  yaar. that was upsetting.

  partly because the second half was genuinely harrowing in certain scenes. some shots were striking as fuck and will stay with me for sure. both lead roles very well executed and the choices they make are haunting only

  but mostly because this movie was so unconvincing :( everything felt so surface level, and beats felt like every month's news headlines and nothing more. maybe because the audience wasn't intended to be largely Indian in the first…

  whenever I watch stuff like from India my first reaction is always 'YAY OMG PLS MAKE MORE OF THIS'

  very glad this exists. is it still an okayish movie similar to all of those mid black mirror episodes you watched once, forgot about and never touched again? yes, but v glad they actually made this
