  i hated watching this movie. it felt like having a cis guy explain the patriarchy to you (but he has never heard the word intersectionality before).

  lots of epic landscapes and silent moments, not historically accurate, the costumes were great, which is all amazing. Yet i wished we could've had more insight into her process and struggle as a writer.

  (the only thing which i wished was historically accurate is the moment she got her copies of Wuthering Heights and they were published under the name Emily Bronte instead of the Pseudonym)
