Again. In my personal opinion one of the best Harry Potter movies that depicts the essence of the Harry Potter novels most accurately - aura, atmosphere, setting, etc. I am also completely able to empathize with Harry in the beginning of the movie, and all throughout actually. It must be so hurtful to have to listen to people talking badly about oneself, even if you are trying more than your best to defend yourself, prove people wrong and also protect others at the same time. So many feels. Thank you Cuarón and others for the magic that touches so many people's hearts <3
The heaviness of this film regarding the untold narratives of American civilization directly associated with the Great Recession was portrayed with such simplicity through the use of frames, aesthetically pleasing transitions and the bittersweet representation of lives. Absolutely moving.
