Watched Hackers at a local theater that shows throwback movies, and this was a really fun experience. This movie is 90s as it gets. The way it depicts computer hacking was very cool even if it’s obviously dated. The animation and sounds gave it a memorable feel. Also a famous young cast that went on to do tons of memorable projects

Just watched the commentary/“maximum movie mode” on the blu-ray extended cut, and saw all the behind the scenes content that was really interesting. It was cool to hear what ideas they put into this and what they were going for. Zack Snyder teases at the end saying maybe the “main character” Baby Doll, wasn’t the main character at all, it’s actually Sweet Pea.
