  while its hard not to be a fan of the charming style of wes anderson's films, i really didn't care for this one. to be really honest, reading the reviews has me thinking maybe i'm going thru a sort of emotional blockage lol because for me this was not the tear jerker you all said it would be ... or maybe i didn't grow up with a weird dysfunctional white family and thats why i don't get it
