I don’t think I’ve ever sat through something that made me feel so deeply uncomfortable. From the first to the final shot of this film I was nothing but completely and utterly shaken. Holy shit- I grabbed my bald head at the end of this rewatch and leaned back in my couch with my eyes wide while I deadass just said the words “Oh my fucking god” alone in my apartment. I never forgot that this movie was good but like literally this is just straight brilliance. Through and through this is quite literally one of best movies of the 2010s and it’s just- wow.
