Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem 2023
This is probably the first TMNT experience I’ve had, although I’m 27. I’ve always felt like the Turts were really popular with my older brother and his friends’ generation, but not so much mine, nor the ones after me. Just through pop culture references I’ve kind of understood what TMNT is about, and this movie made me see why so many other people back the Turts. Effortlessly funny, good pacing, plenty of action and development to go along with it. I really enjoyed this movie, especially the art direction and soundtrack. Reminded me a bit of Into The Spiderverse at times, which is great.
