  Better Man follows the conventions of The Music Biopic: documenting the artist’s difficult family life, the rapid rise to fame, the struggle to deal with the fame, the crippling relationships, drug-fuelled downward spiral, etc., to the soundtrack of their hit songs. however, there’s a certain earnestness with its approach that made watching this so enjoyable. maybe its because i am partial to Take That idk.
